Free 15-Minute Telehealth Therapy Consultation

We offer a free 15-minute telehealth consultation to help you decide if our online therapy services are the right fit for you. During this complimentary consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about our therapy approach, and share what you’re hoping to gain from therapy.

This brief meeting also allows you to get a sense of the therapist’s style and determine whether you feel comfortable moving forward. Our goal is to help you feel confident and supported as you take the first step toward improving your mental health and overall well-being.

Insurance & Superbills

Insurance coverage varies by state and provider. If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may request a superbill to seek reimbursement for out-of-network therapy services.

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the information your insurance company may require to process reimbursement. Clients typically pay for each therapy session at the time of service, and then submit the superbill to their insurance provider to receive partial reimbursement, depending on their out-of-network benefits.

Important Insurance Considerations

• Not all insurance plans reimburse for out-of-network mental health services.
• Some plans require that you meet your deductible before reimbursement begins.
• Superbills can often be applied toward your insurance deductible.

We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider before beginning therapy to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits, reimbursement rates, and deductible requirements. This can help you better predict the portion of therapy costs your insurance may cover.
